Methodology. Figures are conservative market benchmarks, not internal cost. Build-cost equivalent estimates what a competent agency or development shop would charge to build each system once. Annual value estimates the recurring spend each system removes or replaces: SaaS subscriptions, agency retainers and headcount avoided. Ranges are intentionally wide and the headline totals use the low end of each range as a defensible floor. The true strategic value, owning the platform, the data and the speed of iteration, is higher than any of these line items.
